Two years ago we moved from the original Cellar Door built by Sydney Hamilton in to our beautiful new Tasting Room right along side all the action of the Winery. This new space has given us a beautiful room with heated flooring and a stunning fireplace for the cold winter days when a glass of red by the fire is the perfect way to relax. Now that the warmer months are ahead of us, we have added in a new, large, paved outdoor area, directly outside the tasting room, that joins the inside to our extensive lawn area, surrounded by rose gardens. You can now soak up the sun with a glass of Old Vines Riesling and your own platter for a longer lunchtime stay with us.

Our beautifully renovated Coonawarra Cellar Door offers a range of Wine Flights so you can discover the essence of Leconfield Coonawarra Wines. Choose from our pre-selected Wine Flights or select your own wines from our tasting list. Our Wine Flights are poured for you at the table so you can sit back and truly explore your chosen wines. Each tasting glass is filled with a 30mL pour making your Flight the equivalent of one standard drink.
Th Halliday Wine Companion 2023 results have been announced with two of our flagship wine, ‘The Sydney’ Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, and our benchmark ‘Old Vines Riesling, both receiving Gold with 95 Points each. A total of 8 of our wines were awarded higher than 90 points, maintaining our 5 star winery rating.
