‘The Hills’ Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Following harvest, the fruit was gently pressed with the pressings being kept separate, then a portion back blended. Cool fermentation preserved the varietal intensity and finesse. The wine was prepared for bottling while young and fresh. The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Charleston area of the Adelaide Hills. This cool region is noted for producing elegant Sauvignon Blanc with distinctive varietal character while retaining elegance.
