The cool Adelaide Hills region has become renown for producing fine, elegant wines.
24 hours of skin contact prior to pressing was provided to enhance palate weight and texture. Free run and a pressings component were kept separate before the latter being fined and blended back. Two thirds underwent cool fermentation while the balance fermented in old oak.
A fresh and vibrant wine of nectarine and pear complemented by a hint of ginger. Soft and round mouthfeel with bright and refreshing length of flavour.
